| Want
the impact that only comes with broadcast quality video? |
| Whether
for broadcast, streaming, or distribution on DVD or VHS, video
remains the mainstay of audiovisual media production and delivery. |
|
As well as stand alone video material, developing technologies
increasingly enable the use of quality video within more flexible
media platforms. |
| With
the ongoing role out of digital media production technologies,
the cost of producing quality video media is falling. |
| This increase
in quality for cost doesn’t automatically translate into
increased effectiveness. The content, style and structure of
the video media – not the technical quality – are
the primary indicators to the effectiveness of the media. |
| Media@work
can design, develop and produce video media in all formats.
The best format for you will depend on your objectives and your
project parameters – particularly cost and time. |
| As an
example, a 60 minute MiniDV tape costs around $10, while a 60
minute Digital Betacam tape costs around $100. Both formats
have their place. Digital Betacam is clearly of a higher technical
quality and for some products this quality is essential. For
many other media projects this increased cost adds little or
nothing to the effectiveness of the end product. |
| At
media@work, the
content, style, structure and video format are all directly
informed by your objectives. |
| We
can identify the most cost effective path that maintains the
effectiveness and instructional integrity of the product you
want to develop. |
